Brewhouse Yard apartments are divided into four blocks: Horseshoe Court, Gardner Court, Dickinson Court, and Cannon Court. Former Brewery owners and occupiers gave these blocks their names. The building has a 24-hour porter and underground parking is available to most residents.

TRICEL SOLUTION - brewhouse yard

As a result of reports of no hot water to the building, our clients at Price Bailey LLP contacted us for assistance with their LTHW secondary pump. Tricel’s service team found that after inspecting the unit, the secondary pump could be temporarily repaired. This allowed the water supply to be re-established for the apartments after inspection. Following this visit, we returned to the site and went about removing the existing supply unit from the site, installing the replacement Grundfos supply unit, and commissioning the new product.

Grundfos TPED Series 1000, TPE2 D pumps are single-stage, close-coupled in-line centrifugal twin-head pumps with mechanical shaft seals, used primarily in heating, cooling, and district energy applications. Frequency-controlled motors are used in the pumps.
