Tricel Group acquires Action Pumps Ltd
Action Pumps Ltd has been acquired by the Tricel Group which further extends the company’s offerings, operations and market share within the UK. This acquisition will facilitate the delivery of enhanced product offerings and industry knowledge to Tricel’s wide range of customers. Action Pumps Ltd shares many of the company’s core values, and this acquisition offers valuable collaboration opportunities across Tricel’s ever-growing product portfolio.
This move is the latest in a series of acquisitions by Tricel that align with the company’s overall growth strategy which targets 2020. Currently, the group has over 12 operating locations across Europe and is today recognised as a leading distributor of specialised and innovative industry products, as well as a highly trusted global brand.
Headquartered in Kerry, Ireland, Tricel serves over 50 countries worldwide with its extensive range of offerings. More than 60 years of successful operations have instilled the company with the technical expertise and knowledge required to deliver a range of leading product solutions.
The continued growth and success of the company have resulted in the creation of over 90 jobs in the past 18 months alone. Today, Tricel employs over 400 staff, and the company’s current growth strategy reflects its strength and position within the market.
